The Keala Foundation is a mission-driven nonprofit

Hawaiian youth and their families are being devastated by the prevalence of substance abuse. Every year it destroys people we love and those close to our hearts.

We are a 501c3 non-profit organization and our work is made possible through donations. You can help us impact the youth of Kaua’i.

Direct ways we are in the community…

Our team and community supporters spread the word to the entire student body at Kaua’i High School through this video. We shared this video in homeroom classes throughout the school to educate kids on what they can be exposed to when trying drugs. The Keala Foundation is a solution to divert their attention from drugs to a safe and healthy place to turn to.

Mahalo to our partners, the O’Connell Family Foundation who produced this video to educate people on the dangers of fentanyl.

In 2023, we have provided over 1,150 youth classes, 48+ YEP events, 3 early intervention programs with an alumni program, 3 major events for 400+ families to be involved in healthy communities. Free of charge for all kids!
