Sunday July 2nd

Today was another fun adventurous day and last day of the Teen Initiative Program with the Keala foundation . We went to the beach to attend an Ocean Safety Program to learn how to save someone’s life in the water. We also got a certificate of completion of the course and received 8 hours of Ocean Safety training and awareness. After the beach we went to get some shaved ice and ice cream after a hot sunny day. To end this adventurous day off we had a luau with all the counselors and people that gave us this opportunity to do this. During the dinner we were awarded with different awards. I was given the Fear Factor Award because I was always scared to try something new but overcame my fear and accomplishment them. Then we were surprised with a fire dancer who showed us some awesome tricks that amazed us. Thank you to the Keala Foundation for all the information, fun activities, and memories we made during these 2 weeks.
