Thursday 6/22

Today was our first full day in paradise! We started the day off bright and early and we prepared for our daily activities. Our wonderful chef Emily cooked us a nutritious breakfast and we had a few hours to ourselves before our intense CrossFit workout. We were given the option to either help the children’s class or do volleyball, I chose to help with the kids class because they’re just too darn cute!!

After we did our adults class and it was really nice because we had groups to help us and to be honest I was totally unprepared for this class.  Afterward we cooled off and went to an ice bath. We headed to the beach for a quick swim test and had a totally awesome time jumping off the docks and clinging onto Taylor’s boogie board! After we got some shaved ice and did some shopping!

Finally, we watched the sunset on the beach and I got some amazing pictures and Counselor Austin helped us too.  At the end of the day, we watched a movie and bonded together. I can’t wait for tomorrow!
